Bank Deposit:

1. Choose your desired product.

2. Click "Add to Cart."

3. Review and click "Checkout" in your shopping cart when ready.

4. Fill in payment and shipping details.

5. Receive a confirmation email after a successful purchase.

6. You will need to settle the amount within 36 hours to secure the order. ( send us a message for extensions)

We ship nationwide through GOGO EXPRESS. (LuzViMinda)

Currently, we don't accept COD orders but are actively working on incorporating it into our services.

Allow 1-2 days for order processing. We strive to fulfill orders promptly but appreciate your understanding as we're human-operated.

- Manila Areas: 1-3 business days

- Provinces: 4-6 business days

**Tarnishing:**

Tarnishing may occur if not properly cared for. Acidic individuals may prefer our bracelets and earrings.

**Repairs:**

We offer a one-time free replacement of locks and chains within 6 months of purchase.

**Restocking:**

We produce limited pieces per design and usually do not restock. Grab your favorites before they sell out!
